Ohhhhh influencers. We hate them, we love them, but we also hate them...

Believe it or not, hosts Kelsey Johnson and Dani Rodriguez recognize that there are plenty of influencer stereotypes out there that contribute to the negative connotation folks have about them. Do these stereotypes have truth to them? Well, according to our Clout Check hosts, they do! Let's break down a couple of the most popular influencer stereotypes that cause folks to "hate" everything influencer in the world. If you want the hear the rest of the tea being spilled, tune in to Episode 6 of Clout Check here!

Influencer stereotype #1: Influencers Are Cash Babies

We'll be honest with you here: sure, some influencers are cash babies. In other words, yes, some influencers have trust fund money from mom and dad that they use to fund their bougie trips to Dubai. HOWEVER, that is not the truth for a majority of influencers out there. You'd be surprised how many of them live with their parents LMAO. The reason why folks believe this to be true, however, if because of the lavish lifestyle influencers make you think with fancy clothes and hotel stays. Want to get Kelsey and Dani's opinion on the matter? Listen to the latest episode of Clout Check!

Influencer Stereotype #2: Influencers Do Everything For A Photo

Now there is 100% some truth to this. If you think about it, an influencer's job is to take you through a sneak peek of their life. That means there may or may not be a photo opportunity right around the corner. Hosts Kelsey and Dani recognize that there can be some problems that arise with this. For example, doing everything for a photo makes it hard to enjoy specific locations or activities. Still, sometimes we want to take as many pictures for followers as possible because we want to take you on the journey with is.

SO WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS ALL MEAN. Yes, there are some truths to the influencer stereotypes out there, but does all of this mean influencers are bad and should be "hated"? We're not sure - guess you'll have to listen to Episode 6 of Clout Check to get all the deets!
